Björn Trägårdh was a designer at Svenskt Tenn just before Josef Frank joined, between 1928 – 1936. Many of his works were exhibited alongside those of Estrid Ericson at numerous prestigious exhibitions, which he also planned alongside her. He was a Modernist, who left Svenskt Tenn when Josef Frank joined, and moved to Paris to focus on painting.
