Josef Frank’s Flora chest of drawers was influenced by his early work with Haus & Garten in Vienna, during which he experimented with nature-inspired patterns. At the same time, Estrid Ericson, the founder of Svenskt Tenn, discovered botanical prints that sparked her own creative journey. A visit to Carl von Linné’s Hammarby estate in 1930 further ignited her fascination with flora, which directly inspired the iconic design that Frank would later create for Svenskt Tenn.

This chest of drawers represents not just a piece of furniture, but a significant chapter in Svenskt Tenn’s legacy, combining the best of Swedish craftsmanship with a deep reverence for nature’s beauty. Its timeless design and high-quality materials ensure that it remains an exceptional addition to any interior space.
