An ongoing exhibition of Nordic design in London

Modernity's London showroom at number 14 Cavendish Square in Marylebone, London will continue to show prime pieces of mid-century Nordic design in the grandeur of a listed Palladian-style mansion.

Some of the highlights on display include the Chieftain Chair (designed in 1949), one of the great masterpieces by the late Danish architect Finn Juhl; and a pierced brass K2-33 model Ceiling Light designed by Paavo Tynell for Taito Oy (designed in the 1950s), including exquisite botanical details and originally created to hang in the interior of a Finnish church. A unique three-seater sofa designed by Kaare Klint in 1916 and realised in a rich oak burl is also a rare and significant addition to the curation.

Additionally, we have a beautiful selection of rugs by the renowned Swedish weavers Märta Måås-Fjetterström, that tie the rooms together.

The Monocle Minute on Design labelled the space as a 'domestic bliss' in their most recent review.
