This pendant is one of the best-known Finnish lamp designs. Yuki Nummi created sculptural pieces using modern materials, such as acrylics and steel. As the name “Sky Flyer” suggests, the shape was inspired by space exploration — the lamp humorously resembles a flying saucer.

“Sky Flyer” is featured in numerous museum collections; the lamp was designed in different sizes and produced by various manufacturers. With its 70 cm diameter, this is the largest size.
