The colonial-style combination of bamboo, stained rattan, cane, and wood makes this Scandinavian bedside table design particularly interesting. The darker woven edges and wooden handles create a striking decorative contrast. Both bedside tables are very sturdy and in good original condition. Initially, the Swedish furniture manufacturer DUX specialised in the production of beds, but later they diversified and famously realised various iconic designs by Bruno Mathsson.
