Description:

A rare, updated edition of the iconic Papa Bear chair, produced in a limited series, for the Danish brand AP Møbler. The “Bear Chair,” as it is also called, was designed by Hans J. Wegner in 1951 and became the first of his models to be produced by AP Møbler in 1953. This marked the beginning of a long-lasting collaboration between Wegner and the workshop’s craftsmen – a partnership that has shaped generations of Danish furniture production. The chair has a strong wooden frame structure, which is hand-upholstered with a multi-layer padding made entirely from natural materials.
