The colonial-inspired blend of cane, rattan, and teak lends this Scandinavian bedside table a distinctive character. The woven detailing and metal handles create a refined decorative contrast, enhancing its tactile appeal. Both pieces are solidly constructed and remain in very good original condition.

Originally specialising in the production of beds, the Swedish manufacturer DUX later expanded its range and became renowned for realising several iconic designs by Bruno Mathsson and other leading modernist designers.
